基本介绍 大数据分析与应用技术国家工程实验室由国家发展和改革委员会批复建设，由北京大学牵头 ，联合中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院、中山大学、北京奇虎科技有限公司、北京嘀嘀无限科技发展有限公司、中国信息安全研究院等多家单位共建，在国家发改委高技术司、教育部科技司等主管部门的指导下，于2017年3月21日在北京大学正式揭牌。实验室的主要建设内容是在现有研发和试验条件基础上，建设大数据分析系统开发、可视化展示、测试与评估、重大应用示范与系统集成研发平台。 实验室的主要任务：针对我国大数据分析技术和综合应用能力弱、缺乏面向应用的原创性分析技术等问题，围绕提升大数据综合分析能力与智能决策水平的迫切需求，建设大数据分析与应用技术研究平台，支撑开展大数据预处理与质量控制、大数据统计模型与分析算法、分布式大数据挖掘系统、交互式大数据可视分析、基于大数据与机器学习的新一代智能决策系统等技术的研发和工程化。通过建立大数据通用分析技术研发与应用试验平台，形成国内一流的科研环境，主动承担国家和行业重大科研项目，在大数据统计学习、文本大数据分析、图像视频大数据分析、时空大数据分析、图数据与知识图谱分析等重点研究方向取得一批关键技术成果并成功转化，构建大数据分析应用领域自主知识产权与标准体系，形成可持续的产学研协同创新机制，为推动我国大数据分析与应用技术的进步和产业发展提供技术支撑。 实验室紧密围绕大数据分析与应用技术发展的需要，开展相关产业关键技术攻关、重要技术标准制订，集 聚与培养产业急需的技术创新人才。探索和实施适合具体行业特点的创新方案，着力解决行业发展的重大技术问题，提高产业自主创新能力，建立该领域发展趋势与重大问题的研究机制，积极完成国家有关部门委托的科 研课题和行业技术咨询工作，积极提供行业发展研究情况和重要进展，更好地为国家和行业发展服务。 实验室着眼核心定位和远期目标，在承担国家重大任务、大数据科学研究、技术转移与辐射、人才培养等 方面取得了显著成绩。 2020年12月5日，大数据分析与应用技术国家工程实验室以优秀的成绩通过了国家发改委委托教育部组织的验收。 The National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data Analysis and Applications (NELBDA), established in December 2020 at Peking University, is dedicated to pioneering critical research and development in the realms of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data. The primary objective of the lab is to address the burgeoning demands for big data analysis in China, offering innovative solutions for applications across industrial and governmental sectors. Additionally, the lab serves as a catalyst for technology transfer through the establishment of two local branches in Chongqing and Changsha. Currently boasting a workforce exceeding 400 employees, NELBDA has also played a pivotal role in nurturing several startup companies. The lab's commitment extends beyond technological innovation, as evidenced by the creation of a Digital Intelligence Institute for Humanities and Social Science at Peking University in late 2022. Functioning as a prominent think tank for AI and big data-powered insights, NELBDA actively contributes to national and international policy-making endeavors. Research themes encompass vital areas such as digital ecology and governance, data-oriented investigations into international organizations, as well as the exploration of ancient documents and cultural heritage. By undertaking these initiatives, NELBDA positions itself at the forefront of shaping the future landscape of AI, Big Data, and their applications across diverse domains.
