Position Summary:
This is a technical, lab-intensive position for a Translational Science Researcher in Shanghai. You will provide critical technical support for our translational science and exploratory biomarker platforms.
Your primary focus will be developing and validating ex vivo and in vitro cellular, molecular, and immunological assays to support Immunology & Inflammation projects from the preclinical to clinical stages. Using your expertise in a variety of biomarker assay platforms (e.g., mass spectrometry, ELISA, MSD, flow cytometry, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics), you will work independently and collaboratively with internal project teams.
You'll also be responsible for the organized management of samples, data and related documents.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong technical background who can contribute to assay development, precision medicine strategies, indication selection, and new project nominations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and validate fit-for-purpose assays, biomarker analysis plans, and biomarker analysis reports.
2.Work independently to design, troubleshoot, validate, and execute appropriate assays to support both clinical and preclinical programs.
3.Ensure the delivery of high-quality exploratory biomarker data using cutting-edge technology platforms.
4.Conduct preclinical and translational PK/PD and efficacy studies to help advance our understanding of a drug's MoA across various modalities.
5.Participate in the assessment, selection, and management of vendors and contact for our internal clinical labs.
6.Manage sample logistics, including collection, shipment, and disposition reports.
7.Maintain all documentation in accordance with local and regulatory practices.
8.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior scientists.
任职要求:
1.A master's degree or higher in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline, with over 3 years of industry experience at a leading pharma/biotech or CRO.
2.Advanced technical proficiency in ex vivo immunological and molecular assays such as flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD, Luminex, CBA, Western blotting, IHC/IF, and qPCR.
3.Hands-on experience in preclinical and clinical PK/PD and biomarker applications, including next-generation sequencing, quantitative PCR, mass spectrometry, ligand binding, flow cytometry, transcriptomics, proteomics, or metabolomics.
4.Experience and in-depth knowledge of in vivo models for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases is highly desirable.
5.Experience with next-generation sequencing (DNA/RNA), proteomics, or computational modeling is highly desirable.
6.Exceptional problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills are essential, along with strong cross-functional communication skills and experience working with CROs.
