任职要求： *专业要求： 1、博士学历（或相匹配的工作经验），有机化学、药物化学、或化学相关专业毕业Ph.D.degree(orequivalentresearchorindustrialexperience)inOrganicChemistry,MedicinalChemistry,AppliedChemistry,orotherChemistry-relatedfield 2、需要有机合成的研发项目经验，从事过科研项目或有工作经验者优先Hands-onsyntheticorganicchemistrylaboratoryexperienceinaresearchproject,preferredifwithresearchprojectexperienceandindustrialworkexperience 3、有极强的责任心，出色的科学沟通能力、和创新精神Verystrongsenseofresponsibility,excellentscientificcommunicationskills,andcreativityareessentialtofullfilltherequirementsofthisjob *职位描述： 岗位职责Responsibilities 1、根据项目要求，按时完成复杂结构目标有机化合物的路线设计和合成Designsyntheticrouteandperformorganicsynthesisoftargetmoleculeswithcomplexstructures 2、带领实验小组开展项目、帮助解决实验中遇到的问题Leadasmallteamofchemistsandhelpsolvechemistryproblemstomeettheprojectgoalandtimeline 3、运用仪器设备进行LCMS，HPLC，NMR等的分析检测，确定较复杂化合物结构Instrumentalanalysisofsynthesizedcompounds,suchasLCMS,HPLC,andNMRetc.tosolvenovelcompoundstructures 4、用英文完成实验记录本记录工作和撰写实验报告,并定期以演讲形式向上级汇报工作RecordnotebooksandwriteformalsyntheticreportinEnglish;reportprojectprogresstothemanagementteamintheformofpptpresentation 5、熟练掌握英文参考文献及专利的调研查阅，并进行分析ProficientwithsearchingandanalyzingEnglishlanguagejournalarticlesandpatents 6、对实验小组成员进行技术指导与业务能力培训Capableofprovidingteammemberswithbasicchemistrytheoryandtechnicalskilltraining 研究方向： 有机化学、药物化学、或化学相关专业
