Job Title (职位名称)*: Structural Engineer(JPN) Responsibilities (工作职责)*: 1.New project development, based on customer RFQ/RFI, conduct structural feasibility assessment and output evaluation report, design product structure according to product specifications, output 3D, 2D and structural BOM, review mold DFM before mold opening, confirm sample problem points and improvement measures after mold opening, ensure components meet product performance requirements. 2.Technical support, providing technical support for the analysis and countermeasures of reliability test failure items, ensuring timely closure of problem points, and providing technical support for problem points generated during the trial production process. Stay abreast of the latest developments in 3D perception, computer vision, AI, and related fields, and apply this knowledge to ongoing research. 3.Assist department managers in organizing feasibility reviews of concepts or plans, cost estimation, plan selection, responsible for project maintenance and post production project monitoring, and promptly handle and respond to customer needs or complaints. Mentor junior researchers and engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a research-oriented environment. 4.Responsible for daily communication with Japanese clients during the project process, promoting support or resolution of issues, organizing evaluation and execution of client needs, and maintaining positive interaction with clients.
