Responsibilities (工作职责)*:
1.Undertake research and construct the manager standard system. Plan, design and execute the projects related to the cultivation systems for both current serving cadres and reserve managers within the company. Drive the application and actualization of manager standards across all aspects of the cadre management framework.
2.Carry out a comprehensive assessment of cadres' capabilities with a focus on their growth prospects, thus furnishing a solid foundation for their professional advancement and development.
3.Administer the entire lifecycle management of the company's elite talents. Coordinate and propel forward development planning, recruitment and selection procedures, training initiatives, staff transfers, incentive mechanisms and talent retention strategies. Effectively devise and implement promotional measures.

1.Education background in human resource management, management and other related majors.
2.Experienced in independently organizing intensive training activities.
3.Those who are more familiar with talent cultivation, model construction, evaluation and other aspects will be better.
