任职要求： 1.Design and deliver effective and engaging English language courses for Academic Purposes and IELTS to undergraduates (10-16 regular teaching hours per week). 为本科生开设优质的学术英语课程和雅思考试辅导（每周10-16个常规课时）。 2.Develop lesson plans, materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students. 制定符合课程并满足学生个性化需求的课程计划、学习材料和评估方案。 3.Check students’ assignments and provide regular feedback to students and maintain accurate records of their progress. 检查学生的作业并定期向学生提供反馈，并准确记录学生的学习进度。 4.Flexible office hours are required to offer extra tutorials to students in need (6-10 classroom hours per week). 办公室时间：为有需要的学生提供额外的辅导（每周 6-10 课时）。 5.Organize and participate in extracurricular English learning activities for students. 组织并参与学生的课外英语学习活动。 6.Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. 参加部门会议和职业发展活动，以提高教学技能和知识水平。 7.Other post-related responsibilities. 其他岗位相关职责。 8.No Criminal Record. Applicants who have received undergraduate education in English-speaking countries, regardless of major, are welcome to apply. 教育、英语、语言学或相关领域的学士或更高学位。在英语国家接受本科教育的应聘者，专业可不作限制。 11.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certification or equivalent. 取得TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA 认证或同等教学资格。 12.Minimum of 2 years of university teaching experience (experience in teaching EAP or IELTS preferred).
