Responsibility： As Science and Technology Delegate for China, you are located in China. Your activities will be : - Screen information related to the national plan in S&T, identify the key stakeholders, get in touch with them, visit their labs - Work together with TotalEnergies OneTech leaders and Business holders to better assess the potential of value creation for TotalEnergies. - Screen specific domain, attend workshops and report, deep dive in specific technologies or stakeholders, perform specific analysis in S&T, including public funded projects - Edit monthly synthetic reports as well as specific report on demand - Potentially initiate collaboration to accelerate technology development Qualifications/Experience required： • PhD in S&T • 10+ years reputation on R&D practice/management at global well-known industry and/or public research organization • Familiar with Japanese R&D/Innovation ecosystem, culture, challenge and opportunity, strategy & partnership mechanism and management. • Mastery knowledge on oil & gas industry and renewable sectors, its evolution and challenge. • Skillful knowledge and sensitive on innovations, i.e. low-carbon, mobility, digitalization, decarbonization for Energy industry. • Openminded, good sense and interest in open innovation, quick learner. • Fluent English. French will be a plus.
