论坛简介 Forum Introduction 湖南大学国际青年学者岳麓论坛旨在汇聚海内外优秀青年学者，面向未来科技发展，构建以科学问题为牵引、以学科交叉为驱动的前沿科学交流平台，是学校引进海内外优秀青年人才的主要途径。自2016年以来，已连续举办8届。 The Yuelu Forum for International Young Scholars at Hunan University aims to gather outstanding young scholars both at home and abroad. With a focus on future technological development, it seeks to construct a platform to facilitate communication in cutting-edge technologies, solve scientific problems, and enhance interdisciplinary research. The forum serves as the main approach for the university to bring in exceptional young talents from both inside and outside of China. Since 2016, it has been held for 8 consecutive sessions. 2024年，湖南大学国际青年学者岳麓论坛将设立主论坛和23个学科分论坛。主论坛拟定于2024年12月28日举办，具体日程另行发布。分论坛将依据不同学科设立。 The 2024 Yuelu Forum will consist of one main forum and 23 sub - forums. The main forum is scheduled for December 28, 2024, and the specific schedule will be released separately. The sub - forums will be organized by schools or departments based on different disciplines and fields. 报名截止日期：2024年12月15日 Registration deadline: December 15, 2024 报名条件 Registration Requirements 1.具有博士学位，申请时在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，并且具有36个月（截至2025年4月15日）及以上连续海外工作经历。在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求。 2.在自然科学、工程技术、交叉学科、哲学社会科学等领域从事前沿研究工作，取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力。 3.海外优秀青年人才一般不超过40岁。 4.国内已入选国家级青年人才计划者优先。 1.Applicants should have a doctoral degree and have held a formal teaching or research position at overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate R&D organizations for at least 36 months (before April 15,2025). The requirement for overseas work experience can be appropriately relaxed for those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have outstanding achievements. 2.Applicants should be engaged in cutting-edge research in fields such as natural sciences, engineering and technology, interdisciplinary studies, philosophy, or social sciences. They should have research or technological achievements recognized by peers and demonstrate the potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in their respective fields. 3.Outstanding young talents overseas should generally be under the age of 40 . 4.Priority will be given to those who have been selected for national-level young talent programs in China. 服务保障 Service Guarantee 1.论坛期间:学校为受邀参会学者按标准报销往返差旅、住宿费。 During the forum:The university will reimburse invited scholars for their round-trip travel and accommodation expenses according to the set standard. 2.入选海外优青全职引进后: After being selected and fully employed as overseas young talents, candidates will enjoy the following benefits: 3.职业保障:直接聘为教授 (事业编制) 及“岳麓学者”晨星A岗，授予博士生导师资格，保障博士生招生名额。提供良好的办公、科研实验场地条件。 Career guarantee: Directly appointed as a professor (with a permanent position) and a "Yuelu Scholar" with the A-level morning star post; Qualified to supervise doctoral students and guaranteed enrollment quotas for doctoral students; Provided with excellent office and research laboratory facilities. 4.薪酬待遇:起点薪酬不低于65万/年，另有住房公积金及社保学校缴纳年金，享受高水平科研成果奖励和科研绩效 (上不封顶)。 Salary and benefits: The starting salary is no less than 650,000 CNY per year, and additional benefits include housing provident fund and social security. The university provides annual pension contributions. Scholars are eligible for high-level rewards for scientific research achievements and research performance (no limit). 5.科研经费:300-600万 (含国家支持部分) 。购置大型设备可申请学校公共分析测试平台专项经费支持。 Research funding: 3-6 million CNY (including national support). The purchase of large-scale equipment can supported by the university's special fund for public analysis and testing platforms. 6.住房保障:安家费200-250万元 (含国家和地方补助，长沙市商品房均价远低于全国省会城市平均水平) ，购房前提供一套三年期校内拎包入住的周转房。 Housing guarantee: Settlement allowance of 2-2.5 million CNY (including national and local subsidies). The average price of commercial housing in Changsha is significantly lower than that in other provincial capitals nationwide. A three-year transitional residence on campus is available before house purchase. 7.服务保障:按学校相关规定解决配偶编制内工作。子女就读湖南省示范幼儿园、省市优质示范中小学，入托入学按政策享受学费优惠。享受湖南省和长沙市为高层次人才提供的医疗保健、税收优惠、机场高铁贵宾通道等系列专属服务。 Service guarantee: According to university regulations, arrangements will be made for the spouse to be employed within the institution. Children can attend demonstration kindergartens and high-quality primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province, with tuition discounts according to policies. Scholars are entitled to a series of exclusive services provided by Hunan Province and Changsha City, including healthcare, tax incentives, and VIP access to airports and high-speed rail stations. 8.特别优秀的海外领军人才支持条件一事一议。 For exceptionally outstanding overseas talents, support conditions will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
