岗位职责: 1.Assistant project procurement manager to do supplier sourcing (sending out RFI), auditing (prepare audit report) and inform Project Procurement Manager on timely basis for the result of the audit and follow up status 协助项目采购经理进行供应商开发(发出RFI)，审核(准备审核报告)，并及时通知项目采购经理审核结果并跟踪进度。 2.Prepare the bidder list and send out inquiry under the guide of Project Procurement Manager 在项目采购经理的指导下，编制投标供应商清单并发出询价 3.Obtain quotations and make commercial evaluation, Bid summary based on the project procedure. 根据项目流程获得报价，进行商务分析和商务评估，并完成投标总结。 4.Prepare PO or Contract and send to project procurement manager and project manager for approval 准备采购订单或合同，并发送给项目采购经理和项目经理审批 5.Act as expeditor for follow-up of contract or PO after PO or contract being released 在订单或合同发出之后，跟踪交货期并完成催交工作。 6.Prepare payment request and arrange payment afterwards. 准备付款申请，安排付款。 7.Other work assigned by Project Procurement Manager. 项目采购经理安排的其他工作。 Requirements: 职位要求： 1.Bachelor's degree in Mechanics preferred, Engineer background is preferred 机械学士学位优先，有工程背景优先 2.More than 5 years' experiences in procurement, minimum 2 years' experience in project procurement execution, experience in Engineering Company preferred (MNC is a plus). 5年以上采购经验，至少2年项目采购经验，有工程公司工作经验优先(跨国公司经验更为优先) 3.Good Negotiation skill, Excellent coordination capability, Good PC skill, Good English both in oral and written, carefulness, patience, team work spirit. 良好的谈判能力，良好的协调能力，良好的电脑操作能力，良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，细心，耐心，有团队合作精神。
