Responsibilities
● Lead the team meet and exceed sales targets
● Responsible for developing and maintaining channel partners, prepare channel strategies and implementation
● Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
● Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
● Lead Generation & Lead Conversion: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
● Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
● Conduct Market Research and identify opportunities
● Prepare and deliver presentations/content on products and services
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree or above, 3+ years’ work experience in a Sales team management
● Prefer Channel Sales Experience.
● Experience in selling to Life Science Research segment will be a plus
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Fast learner, Self-motivated and Result oriented
● Fluency in English; Fluency in any other languages will be a plus
● Be able to travel
