工作内容： The laboratory has developed a number of patented and novel drugs to novel therapeutic targets in oncology and the preclinical development and characterization of these drugs in various clinical contexts will form the basis for the program. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with two academician PI’s (Prof. Peter Lobie and Prof. Yongkui Sun). Specifically including: 1.Design and conduct experiments, analyze data. 2.Write papers, patent applications and other relate proposals. 3.Supervise technical staff members, and mentor students. 4.Compete for grants. 任职要求： 1.PhD degree, graduates with background in oncology, molecular or cellular biology, biochemistry or other related fields who are interested in translational medicine research. 2.Be under the age of 35, or the doctoral degree obtained within 3 years. 3.Experience in drug development, mechanisms and interactions. 4.Strong background and working knowledge of basic molecular and cellular biology techniques such as cell culture, cloning, real-time PCR and western blotting. 5.Expertise in DNA and protein biology (including work on oncogene proteins and transcription factors) is preferred. 6.Any experience with animal modeling, analyses of human clinical samples, is highly desirable. 7.A proven track record in the form of publications in international English language journals. 8.Ability to communicate in written and spoken English. 福利待遇： 1.税前年薪40-50万，包括深圳市关于博士后的免税补助（18万/年）、深圳湾实验室“奋楫计划”（税前10万/年）； 2.符合光明科学城“人才高地计划”条件人才，获得“国自然基金”项目的申请人（新获得、在研、结题5年内），可申请生活资助，最低可获8万/年； 3.根据《光明科学城青年科技人才培育专项行动方案》政策规定，光明区单位博士后出站并与原单位续签的人才，可申请生活资助30万； 4.博士后出站留深，可申请科研资助30万； 5.博士后出站可继续申请任职深圳湾实验室“启航学者”，除实验室资助独立科研经费外，可同时申请深圳市相关人才政策。 6.其他：按照深圳市缴费比例上限(12%)缴纳住房公积金，享受带薪年休假（12天起）、节日慰问、年度体检、餐饮补贴、补充商业医疗保险等福利； 7.参照深圳湾实验室，及市区相关规定，协助办理落户、申请公租房（华润置地公园九里花园、金融街华发融御花园、明汇府、中海寰宇时代花园、电建洺悦府等项目）、协调子女入学等。
