工作内容： Successful candidate will work closely with two academician PI’s (Prof. Peter Lobie and Prof. Yongkui Sun), and has opportunity to work closely with scientists in a bio-tech company for translational research. Specifically including: 1.Work independently to conduct research related to cancer therapy and define tumor intrinsic resistance mechanisms of immune-checkpoint or target therapy. 2.Lead a research group team to identify or validate novel targets, investigate the mechanism of drug resistance, and propose early drug discovery projects with high potentials. 3.Independently design, execute and manage internal research projects, and propose research directions and drug discovery projects with global first-in-class or best-in-class potentials. 4.Explore cutting-edge scientific topics on Disease/ translational biology. 5.Communicate research updates in the form of oral presentations internally and/or externally and deliver results in written documents for patent filings and publications. 6.Be in charge of collaborating with other research scientists from the institute and manage external collaborations to deliver results for high value patent or high impact factor publication. 任职要求： 1.PhD in Cancer Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology or other related Biological sciences. 2.With postdoctoral working experience in world renowned lab, industry experience preferred 3.Familiar with drug discovery, and experience to lead drug discovery programs from hit generation to IND-enabling studies would be advantageous. 4.Good tracking record of scientific publications. 5.Research experiences in Cancer cell biology, cell cycle/signaling, drug resistance or related field are highly desirable. 福利待遇： 1.税前年薪不低于35万，具体根据个人情况定岗定薪； 2.博士学历首次来深（深圳市出站博士后不可以申请此项），且35周岁（含）以下，可申请生活补贴10万； 3.博士后出站首次来深，可申请科研资助30万； 4.符合光明科学城“人才高地计划”条件人才，获得“国自然基金”项目的申请人（新获得、在研、结题5年内），可申请生活资助，最低可获8万/年； 5.任职优秀者可继续申请深圳湾实验室“启航学者”，除实验室资助独立科研经费外，可同时推荐申请市级人才政策。 6.按照深圳市缴费比例上限缴纳五险一金，享受带薪年休假（12天起）、节日慰问、年度体检、餐饮补贴、补充医疗保险等
