Capable of accurately grasping the academic trends and development direction of the field, having achieved innovative outcomes in fundamental research or technology development that are recognized by peers; 2.Have a sound academic background with innovative capability and potential in academic research; 3.Generally, applicants should be aged under 35 and have obtained their doctoral degree within 8 years. Fresh graduates are preferred. 薪酬待遇： 1.Assistance in applying for the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Program and the National Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Program, with an annual salary of RMB 300,000 to 600,000; 2.During the postdoctoral fellowship, candidates can apply for the evaluation of associate senior professional technical positions.
