Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Offering lectures to Year 1 students. 2. Coordinating the relationship with center as well as the teams within the department. 3. Coordinating the development and implementation of teaching team promotion. 4. Supporting the teaching team to promote the curriculum. 5. Supporting the teaching team to review the teaching quality and call for the curriculum promotion committee. 6. Developing a research agenda with relevant publications and research output. 7. Providing support to department brand building. 8. Completing other tasks assigned by Head of Department. Qualifications: 1. Ph.D. Major related to Political Education, Law or History. 2. At least 1 year teaching experience in High Education. 3. Party member of CPC will be preferred. Required Competencies and Skills: 1. Excellent teaching skills and professional acknowledges to manage the class. 2. High ideological and political literacy 3. Excellent leadership ability and teamwork ability. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Bi-lingual (English and Chinese) with excellent written and spoken skills in both languages. 6. Excellent computer skills in using Word, Excel and PPT. 7. Relevant academic background. 8.
