博士后招聘–齐众教授课题组 / Postdoctoral Fellow Recruitment–Prof. Robert Qi’s Research Group 课题组介绍与主要研究方向/About the Research Group and Research Areas: 齐众教授现任香港科技大学(广州)系统枢纽署理院长,同时兼任生命科学与生物医学工程教授及学域主任,于2023年入选国家重大人才项目。在加入香港科技大学(广州)之前,齐教授于香港科技大学工作多年,任职生命科学部教授、香港科技大学癌症研究中心副主任。齐众教授长期从事细胞微管骨架的研究,核心方向为细胞分裂和形态发生过程中微管骨架的动态组织及其调节机制,结合蛋白质组学、生物化学、分子及细胞生物学等学科技术在细胞微管骨架领域取得一系列成果,尤其在细胞微管骨架生长起始的调控机制方面取得重要成果,发表了多篇高水平学术论文。这些研究成果不仅助力深入解析与微管相关的细胞生理过程,也为阐明此类过程异常如何引发癌症、神经退化性疾病等人类疾病提供了参考。目前,课题组整合多学科技术方法,聚焦以下三个研究方向: 1.破译细胞微管生长启动的分子调控机制 2.调控微管生长的功能性小分子筛选、鉴定与开发 3.探究微管动态的异常与人类疾病发生、发展的关联 Prof. Robert Qi currently serves as Acting Dean of the Systems Hub and concurrently holds the positions of Professor and Head of the Bioscience and Biomedical Engineering Thrust (HKUST(GZ). Prior to this appointment, he was Professor in the Division of Life Science and Associate Director of the Center for Cancer Research at HKUST (Hong Kong). As an accomplished scholar with an extensive publication record, Prof. Qi’s research focuses on elucidating the molecular mechanisms governing dynamic microtubule organization during cell division and morphogenesis, as well as how dysregulation of these processes contributes to human diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. His research team has made breakthroughs in understanding the regulation of microtubule cytoskeletal assembly in animal cells, most notably identifying key factors that control the initiation of microtubule growth. These findings have advanced the understanding of regulatory mechanisms underlying both physiological and pathological cellular events dependent on microtubule dynamics. Currently, the research group integrates multidisciplinary methods and focuses on the following three research directions: (1) Deciphering the molecular regulatory mechanisms that initiate cellular microtubule growth (2) Screening, identification, and development of functional small molecules that regulate microtubule growth (3) Exploring the association between microtubule dynamics defects and the occurrence and development of human diseases 应聘要求/Requirements: 1.拥有生命科学、生物技术或相关领域的博士学位,或通过博士学位论文答辩的应届毕业博士; 2.近5年内以主要作者身份在相关领域的高水平期刊发表学术论文; 3.具有较强的科研创新能力和学术发展潜力; 4.年龄一般在35周岁以下(二次进站博士后除外)。 (1) Hold a doctoral degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field; candidates who have completed their doctoral dissertation defense and are pending degree conferral (graduating doctoral students) are also eligible. (2) Have published research papers as a major author in high-impact journals within the relevant research field in the past five years. (3) Demonstrate strong scientific research capabilities and significant potential for academic development. (4) Generally, be under 35 years of age (except for postdoctoral researchers on their second postdoctoral appointment). 薪酬及待遇/Salary and Benefits: 1.聘期2年,提供极具竞争力的薪酬待遇,包括: (1)最高70万元生活补贴(全球前200的境外高校博士毕业生为70万/2年,非全球前200的境外高校博士(2)毕业生及所有国内高校毕业生为46万/2年); (3)导师提供的10–24万元的综合年薪; (4)缴纳社会保险和住房公积金; (5)20万元的科研经费; (6)优良的工作环境和国际交流合作机会。 2.符合南沙区新引进学历人才条件人员,可申请12万元学历人才补贴。 3.支持博士后在站期间申请各级科研课题资助。 4.出站后留粤工作的博士后可申请最高70万元安家费。 5.协助申请市/区级各项人才称号及人才待遇。 6.可选择落户广州市,其配偶及未成年子女随迁入户、子女入托、入学等按广州市相关条例执行。 (1) The appointment period is 2 years, with a highly competitive salary package including: • A maximum of RMB¥700,000 living allowance (RMB¥700,000 for 2 years for doctoral graduates from top 200 overseas universities worldwide; RMB¥460,000 for 2 years for doctoral graduates from overseas universities not in the top 200 and all doctoral graduates from domestic universities); • A comprehensive annual salary of RMB¥100,000–240,000 provided by the supervisor; • Social insurance and housing provident fund contributions; • RMB¥200,000 in research funding; • An excellent working environment and international collaboration opportunities. (2) Eligible candidates can apply for RMB¥120,000 academic talent subsidy. (3) We will support postdoctoral researchers in applying for scientific research project funding at all levels during their appointment. (4) Postdoctoral researchers who settle in Guangdong after completing their appointment can apply for a maximum of RMB¥700,000 in settlement fees. (5) Assistance in applying for various municipal/district-level talent titles and benefits. (6) Postdoctoral personnel entering the station can choose to settle in Guangzhou City, and their spouses and minor children can move in with them, and their children can attend nurseries and schools according to relevant regulations in Guangzhou City.
