为吸引国内外优秀青年人才,崖州湾国家实验室(以下简称“实验室”)定于5月20日至22日在海南三亚举办2026年国内外青年学者学术交流会。会议聚焦生物育种基础科学问题及相关前沿科技创新,旨在构建高水平学术对话与职业发展平台,并联合华中农业大学和海南大学启动“实验室+高校”联合招聘计划,诚邀国内外青年才俊共探学术前沿,了解国家科研平台与灵活聘用体系,携手共建保障国家粮食安全的战略科技力量。
实验室介绍:
崖州湾国家实验室位于海南省三亚市,是中央直属的新型科研事业单位。实验室面向国家粮食安全和种业创新重大科技需求,开展种业科技发展的战略性、前瞻性、基础性研究,创新育种重大基础理论,攻克前沿关键技术,构建新一代生物育种技术体系,培育高产、优质、高效、环境友好的战略性新品种,全力打造体现国家意志、实现国家使命、代表国家水平的战略科技力量。实验室诚邀全球优秀青年人才汇聚崖州湾,携手应对中国与全球粮食安全挑战,共筑种业科技自立自强之基。
首创“双重保障、二次选择”的联合招聘模式:
为提供青年学者更广阔的发展平台与更坚实的职业保障,实验室分别与华中农业大学、海南大学开展联合招聘,打破传统体制壁垒,推出极具全球竞争力的创新招聘模式。
(一)“编制+待遇”双核驱动,入选人才可充分享受实验室“国家任务、国家平台”的优势,同时叠加高校“事业编制稳定”的保障。
(二)经实验室和任一合作高校(华中农业大学或海南大学)联合评审认可的人才,可自主或协商选择入职路径:
1.单聘于实验室,实行岗位聘用制,签订聘用合同,首聘期满后,经联合评审认可后,享有二次选择机会,可留任实验室或入职该评审通过高校。
2.单聘于高校,以全时双聘形式在实验室工作,签订双聘协议,根据实际情况,聘期内或首聘期满后,经联合评审认可,享有二次选择机会,可留任该高校或入职实验室。
(三)全方位保障体系
1.实验室提供一流的科研场地、尖端实验设备及充足的科研经费。
2.提供餐费补贴、人才安居房购买/住房租赁、税费减免、子女入学、医疗保障等“吃住行”全方位优质公共服务资源。
学科领域:
生物育种及相关或交叉学科,包括但不限于农学、作物学、畜牧学、生物学、生物技术、生物信息学、植物学、微生物学、计算机科学与技术、大数据技术/数据科学、人工智能等。
邀请对象:
诚邀有意向加入实验室(含联合招聘形式),且符合以下条件之一的青年学者:
1.具有高校、科研院所、行业知名企业任职经历,从事科学研究工作的国内外优秀青年学者。
2.具有国内外知名高校、科研院所博士后工作经历即将出站博士后,或毕业于国内外高校、科研院所的应届博士生。
3.有意向依托实验室申报2026年度国家级人才项目的海外青年学者。
日程安排:
2026年5月20日(周三):全天报到;
5月21日(周四):开幕式、联合招聘政策宣讲、分会场研讨会;
5月22日(周五):科研团队宣讲、圆桌座谈(含联合面试评审专场)、实验室参观、颁奖及闭幕。
差旅及食宿资助:
1.受邀线下参会学者的往返机票或动车票(限经济舱/二等座)由大会会务公司统一预定支付,无需垫付。
2.往返交通费额度上限如下(超额部分由学者自理):欧美及大洋洲地区10,000元/人,亚太地区(不含中国)5,000元/人,国内地区(含港澳台)3,000元/人。
会议期间,实验室为受邀学者统一提供免费食宿和机场接送服务。

实验室待遇支持
(一)青年科学家待遇和引才政策
1.提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇,青年科学家综合年薪45万元起(含工资、福利补贴、单位和个人缴纳的税费、五险二金等),根据岗位职级递增。
2.重磅人才奖励(不计入年薪):符合条件者,协助申报海南省和三亚崖州湾科技城的人才认定、人才奖励、购房奖励、住房租赁补贴、就业/落户补贴等。
依据《海南自由贸易港高层次人才分类标准(2022年)》和《三亚崖州湾科技城引进人才奖励办法(2024年修订)》,A类人才可享受一次性300万人才补贴,或5年税前400万人才奖励(二选一),B类人才可享受5年税前320万人才奖励,C类人才可享受5年税前240万人才奖励,D类人才可享受5年税前120万人才奖励+40万购房补贴,E类人才可享受5年税前40万人才奖励+40万购房补贴,F类人才可享受5年税前20万人才奖励+20万购房补贴;
以上人才政策以海南省、三亚崖州湾科技城管理局相关文件规定为准。
3.符合条件者,可享受海南自由贸易港15%个税先交后返优惠政策。
4.享受国家规定的各类假种、高温补贴、餐费补贴、交通补贴、年度体检、工会福利,协助办理子女入学入托等。
(二)博士后卓越计划
1.为博士后提供先进的实验平台、场所及研究环境;
2.博士后工作协议时间为3年,可享受以下福利待遇:
(1)实验室提供博士后综合年薪33万元起(含工资、福利补贴、单位和个人缴纳的税费、五险一金等),享受国家规定的各类假种、餐费补贴、年度体检、工会福利等;
(2)依据科技城引进人才认定标准,实验室协助申请认定科技城E类人才(具有博士学位者并在科技城缴纳社保,可享受税前40万元现金奖励+40万元安居房购房补贴),奖励分5年发放,不纳入实验室综合年薪范畴;
(3)依据海南省博士后管理办法,实验室协助申请博士后日常经费,税前15万元/人/年,总计不超过2年,不纳入实验室综合年薪范畴;
(4)依据科技城相关政策,符合条件的博士后可享受一次性就业奖励、职称提升奖励、住房租赁补贴、购买保障性住房等福利;
(5)子女入托、入学等按科技城高层次人才待遇执行;
3.根据博士后聘期(出站)考核结果,续聘或录用时优先考虑。博士后期间取得突出成绩的,可直接聘为青年科学家或工作人员。
About the Forum & The Joint Recruitment Initiative:
Yazhouwan National Laboratory (YNL), in partnership with Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU) and Hainan University (HNU), invites applications for participation in the 2026 International Forum for Young Scholars, to be held on May 20–22, 2026, in Sanya, Hainan, China.
This forum aims to bring together outstanding early-career researchers from around the world working in biological breeding and related disciplines. It also launches the pioneering Joint Recruitment Program, which offers global talents unparalleled career flexibility, strong institutional support, and smooth transitions between a national laboratory and elite universities.
About YNL:
Established in 2022 and based in Sanya, Hainan province, YNL is a major research institution affiliated with the State Scientific and Technological Commission of The People's Republic of China. YNL is dedicated to innovation in seed science, concentrating on genetic improvement and integrated advancement of the seed industry. By strategically integrating international scientific and technological resources, the laboratory works to create high yield, sustainable and environmentally friendly crop varieties and livestock breeds for future agriculture. Innovative Dual-Track Career Development:
To enhance both career security and research impact for early-career scholars, YNL and its partner universities have established a distinctive and highly competitive joint hiring framework:
Track A: Direct Appointment at YNL. A full-time Research Scientist position at YNL, offering top-tier remuneration and dedicated, substantial research funding.
Track B: Joint Faculty Appointment (University Affiliation + YNL Research). Candidates may obtain a faculty position (tenure-track/tenured) at either HZAU or HNU, receiving standard institutional benefits, along with concurrent research at YNL, benefiting from the laboratory's exceptional funding and performance incentives.
Career Flexibility (Secondary Selection): Prior to the conclusion of the initial contract term, scholars have the option to transition between the university faculty track and the YNL direct appointment track, subject to joint agreement. This ensures optimal alignment with their evolving long-term career goals.
Target Disciplines:
The target disciplines include biological breeding and related interdisciplinary areas, including but not limited to: Agriculture, Crop Science, Animal Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Botany, Microbiology, Computer Science and Big Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
Eligibility:
1. Outstanding young researchers currently working at universities, research institutes, or leading industry enterprises.
2. Postdoctoral researchers approaching completion of their tenure at globally renowned universities/research institutes, or recent PhD graduates from reputable academic institutions.
3. Overseas young scholars with the intention to apply for national-level talent programs through YNL in 2026.
Forum Schedule:
20 May (Wednesday): Registration
21 May (Thursday): Opening Ceremony, Plenary Session, Parallel Academic Sessions;
22 May (Friday): Roundtable Discussions, Joint Interviews, Laboratory Tours and Closing Ceremony.
Transportation and Accommodation:
Invited participants will receive fully funded travel and accommodation support. Round-trip travel expenses will be centrally arranged and covered by YNL (economy class flights or second-class train seats), with the following limits:
CNY 10,000 - traveling from the Americas, Europe, or Oceania;
CNY 5,000 - traveling from Asian countries (excluding China);
CNY 3,000 - traveling from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
Complimentary accommodation and local pick-up/drop-off services during the forum will be provided by the Laboratory.

Compensation and Support for Talents:
(A) Scientist Salary and Benefits
1. Competitive Compensation: Young scientists will receive an annual salary package starting from CNY 450,000 (pre-tax), with increases commensurate with position level.
2. Tax Incentives: Eligible individuals can enjoy the Hainan Free Trade Port preferential policy, capping the individual income tax rate at 15%.
3. Comprehensive Benefits: Paid leave, high-temperature allowances, meal subsidies, transportation subsidies, annual health checkups, and trade union benefits.
4. Family Support: Assistance with children’s education and residency permits.
5. Talent-Specific Incentives (subject to Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration policies):
(1) Cash Awards: Full-time high-level talents (Categories A–F) may qualify for five-year pre-tax cash rewards of up to CNY 4,000,000, CNY 3,200,000, CNY 2,400,000, CNY 1,200,000, CNY 400,000, or CNY 200,000, respectively.
(2) Additional Housing Subsidies: Categories D and E may claim up to CNY 400,000; Category F may claim up to CNY 200,000.
(3) Resident Privileges: Eligibility for affordable housing, commercial property purchases, vehicle purchases, one-time employment/residency rewards, and professional title promotion incentives.
Note: All policies are subject to the official regulations of Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration.
(B) Postdoctoral Benefits and Career Development
1. Research Environment: Access to advanced experimental platforms, facilities, and a collaborative research environment.
2. Appointment & Compensation:
(1) A three-year postdoctoral contract with an annual salary package starting from CNY 330,000 (pre-tax).
(2) Eligible for the Category E Talent Program: Five-year pre-tax cash reward of CNY 400,000 + CNY 400,000 housing purchase subsidy (excluded from annual salary).
(3) Hainan Provincial Postdoctoral Funding: Up to CNY 300,000 over two years (excluded from annual salary).
(4) Other Specific Benefits: One-time employment bonus and rewards for professional title promotion (if applicable). Additionally, educational support for children will be provided under the high-level talent policy.
3. Career Progression: Reappointment or hiring will be prioritized based on the assessment results at the end of the postdoctoral tenure. Candidates who achieve outstanding results during their postdoctoral period may be appointed as young scientists or staff members.
