工作职责:
1.负责大型生物学多模态数据的人工智能模型基座算法开发,用于精准计算和预测生物学年龄、疾病风险等。
2.负责跟进人工智能和机器学习领域的最新动态,并与生物信息学和数据科学团队紧密合作,解读复杂的生物标记数据(包括但不限于基因表达、蛋白质组学和代谢组学数据)。
3.负责项目的组织实施、研究的进度报告和科学论文的撰写发表。
4.负责人工智能相关科研课题的申报、参与课题的开展实施和结题工作。
1.Responsible for the development of artificial intelligence model base algorithms for large-scale biological multimodal data, used for precise calculation and prediction of biological age, disease risk, etc.
2.Keep up to date with the latest developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning fields, and work closely with bioinformatics and data science teams to interpret complex biomarker data, including but not limited to gene expression, proteomics, and metabolomics data.
3.Manage project implementation, progress reporting of research, and the writing and publication of scientific papers.
4.In charge of the application, participation, and completion of AI-related scientific research topics.
任职资格:
1.计算机科学、生物信息学、统计学或相关领域的硕士或博士学位。
2.具备熟练使用深度学习算法处理生物学数据的经验(有3年以上经验者优先),优秀的分析和解决问题的能力,能够独立设计和实施复杂的算法模型。
3.熟悉数据挖掘和机器学习技术,具备扎实的编程能力,掌握至少一种编程语言和相应的开发框架(如Python、TensorFlow等),有参与开发大型生物学大语言模型经验者优先。
4.有较好的专业文献阅读、总结和写作能力,以主要作者身份发表过SCI论文1篇以上,有高水平论文或专利申请经验者优先。
5.具备良好的团队合作精神和跨学科沟通能力,能够在国内外多学科团队中有效合作。
1.Master's or Ph.D. degree in computer science, bioinformatics, statistics, or a related field.
Experienced in using deep learning algorithms for processing biological data (3+ years of experience preferred), with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of independently designing and implementing complex algorithmic models.
2.Familiar with data mining and machine learning techniques, possessing solid programming skills, proficient in at least one programming language and relevant development frameworks (such as Python, TensorFlow), with experience in developing large-scale biological data algorithmic models preferred.
3.Good skills in professional literature reading, summarizing, and writing, having published at least one article paper as the main author, with experience in high-level paper publication or patent application preferred.
4.Excellent team spirit and interdisciplinary communication abilities, able to effectively collaborate in multidisciplinary teams both domestically and internationally.
