Job Responsibilities： 1.Manage the daily operations of the Robotics and AI lab, ensuring all hardware (e.g., robotic arms, mobile robots, humanoid robots, LiDARs, cameras) and computing clusters are operational and safe 2.Handle the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of lab equipment and electronic components 3.Set up hardware and software environments for teaching labs and student projects 4.Research & Development: Assist faculty and PhD students in researching and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms in SLAM, VLA and Reinforcement Learning etc 5.Coding: Develop and maintain clean, reusable code repositories in C++ and Python for the lab's research projects 6.Provide technical support to students and professors during lab sessions and research projects 7.Assist in the preparation of demonstrations for visitors, industry partners, and open days Job Qualifications： 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred). 2.Strong proficiency in ROS/ROS2 (Robot Operating System) is preferred 3.Solid coding skills in C++ and Python within a Linux (Ubuntu) environment is preferred 4.Understanding of basic robotics algorithms (Kinematics, Dynamics, Control) and familiarity with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) 5.Experience working with physical robots (e.g., robotic arms, quadrupeds, or wheeled robots) and sensors (Depth cameras, LiDAR, IMU) 6.Ability to document technical work clearly 7.English is required (B2 or above); German is desirable Expected Onboarding Time：Spring Semester 2026 (March 2026) How to apply 1.Please prepare the following documents: （1）Current English CV (including full publication list) （2）Cover Letter (addressed to the President) （3）2 Reference Letters （4）Teaching Qualification Documents, Qualifications (if available) （5）Documents certifying the professor's (if available) （6）Academic Degree Certificates 2.Please import all files into one PDF 3.Please name the PDF as "Position - Your Name"
